Website inquiries and services
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a call does not make a purchase or reserve an appointment. We confirm appointments separately. Any paid services, pricing, deliverables, payment arrangements, or cancellation terms are agreed separately before work begins.
Use this website for lawful purposes. Do not submit another person’s contact details without their authorization, or send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
Bedrock Systems SMS program
You may separately choose service messages, marketing messages, or both. Service messages cover appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and customer support. Marketing messages cover demo links, sales follow-ups, and offers about Bedrock Systems’ own website and business automation services. Marketing messages may be sent using automated technology.
Messages are sent only within the categories you choose. Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, projects, and selected message preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Your choice to receive texts
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry. The checkboxes on our contact and call-request forms are separate and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number without selecting a message preference does not subscribe you. You confirm that you are authorized to give consent for the number you provide.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact us by email to withdraw consent.
Reply HELP for assistance or email kai@bedrockcontractorsystems.com. For changes to your mobile number or message preferences, contact us before using a different number.
Delivery and privacy
Text delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use phone numbers, message history, and consent records. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website or messaging program changes. An update does not expand your SMS consent to new subjects. We obtain any additional consent required before sending messages outside your existing choices.
