Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, message, and the consent choice shown on the form. Our booking calendar collects the contact details and appointment information shown in the booking form. Chat collects the details and messages you choose to share. Our client onboarding questionnaire collects the business information and files requested in that form. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information in your message. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through an inquiry or chat.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss your business needs, prepare a quote, and keep a record of our conversation. Submitting an inquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing or create a purchase. SMS consent is collected through the choices displayed in the form or booking tool you use.
Services that handle your information
Vercel hosts the website. Our contact form sends submissions directly to HighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores them in our business account. We use Google Gmail for email correspondence. These providers process information to operate their services. Information may be processed outside your state or country.
Our booking calendar and chat widget are provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector). Booking details and messages you submit through these tools are sent directly to HighLevel and stored in our business account so we can manage appointments, respond to you, and keep a record of the conversation. Loading the embedded tools also sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to their providers. The tools may use cookies or local storage for their operation.
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times to operate and protect the website. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website. We do not sell inquiry information.
Read the providers’ policies: Vercel, HighLevel, and Google.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Providing your number alone does not give SMS consent. The form or booking tool explains the messages covered by its consent choice, which may include notifications, alerts, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing from Bedrock Systems. Review that choice before opting in.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share the information needed to operate the program only with service providers acting on our behalf, such as HighLevel, email storage, Kixie, its messaging providers, and mobile carriers. We may also disclose information when required by law.
You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP or contacting us at kai@bedrockcontractorsystems.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Withdrawal stops future SMS, apart from a final opt-out confirmation; it does not cancel services you have purchased.
Storage and retention
The website does not keep a separate database of inquiries. Form submissions, appointments, and chat records are stored in our HighLevel account. Email correspondence is stored in our Gmail inbox. These records remain until removed under our retention practices.
We use correspondence for ongoing conversations and business records. We retain evidence of SMS consent while relying on it and for any additional period needed to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to honor an opt-out. You can contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to provide agreed services, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Your questions and choices
You can contact Bedrock Systems LLC to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Email kai@bedrockcontractorsystems.com.
We will update this page when our website’s information-handling practices change.
